VPN infrastructure maintenance / June 28, 2017

We would like to inform you that we have planned maintenance which includes an upgrade of our VPN infrastructure which is used when customers gain access to iDRAC of their dedicated servers through VPN.

During this process, we will switch to another vendor's equipment, which should allow our customers to connect to the VPN without NAT-t.

This improvement is necessary for maintaining the quality of our services and making our platform more comfortable for our customers.

iDRAC access will still be available through the public network without VPN. Downtime of dedicated servers is not expected. VPN access credentials will not change.
