Is X allowed? No mass mailing please. Don't really care otherwise, as long as you're not crippling the node. From the terms: «VPS may not exceed a 15 minute load average greater than two times the amount of provisioned CPU cores.» I'm not very strict about this so don't worry if the load spikes thrice in a blue moon or whatever.
