Starting on 1 January 2019

Starting on 1 January 2019, new taxation laws from the Russian Federation will come into effect.
All Russian customers who receive our services will be required to pay VAT regardless of whether or not they have a valid Individual Identification Number (INN).

This means that we will be required by law to charge you the Russian VAT rate of 20% on all Hetzner Online products and services starting on 01 Jan 2019.
