[NOTICE] Bitcoin provider shift

Lately we received a lot of complaints regarding the new required Payment Protocol which Bitpay has implemented in their services. It prevents a lot of clients to pay easily with Bitcoin, this is why we took the decision to switch our Bitcoin payments to Mollie.
