US1.(LAX): Scheduled Network Maintenance & Upgrade

Anticipated Impact: Network connectivity interruption between 30 minutes to 1 hour.


During this scheduled maintenance and upgrade window our networking team will be working to replace and upgrade all of our core network equipment at our Los Angeles facility. We will replace our core routers with updated/upgraded units and this will be done sequentially to minimize downtime. We will also replace all non-10G cabinet-top network switches with 10G units in anticipation of future capacity needs during this maintenance window.

This maintenance window exclusively pertains to networking components. No customer servers will be powered down during this maintenance window. That said, customers should expect to see between 30 minutes up to 1 hour of network connectivity interruption during these maintenance and upgrade operations.
