Important Client Information: Changes to Billing

Currently, you receive one or two invoices per month for products which
you have ordered via the Robot administration interface. Provided
payment is due, you are charged on the 1st and 15th of each month.

To provide you with even better assistance with enquiries regarding your
invoices in future, we are planning to spread billing over the month as
from 12 November 2014.

This will involve the following changes for you:

From 12 November, you will receive one invoice per month. This will
always be issued on the 31st of the month.


Therefore, on 1 November you will receive an invoice as usual. The
next invoice will be issued on 30 November and then on the 31st of
each month thereafter resp. last day of the month.
